Cacaofruit Convex Chocolate Mould

The 7g Cacaofruit Convex Chocolate Mould is made from hard Tritan plastic (BPA Free). Just like Polycarbonate, this plastic material will give you chocolate with a bright and shiny finish.

The Cacaofruit Convex Chocolate Mould should give you approx. 7g (0.25") truffles. The mould has 27 cavities and will allow you to realise 27 chocolate truffles each time you mould it.

Designed By Andreu Carulla, this mould presents a new perspective on the CacaoFruit: Clean lines with a playful proposition evoking: the Whole Cacaofruit & the Cacao beans.
