Rectangular mould in stainless steel of high quality for the confection of cakes, entremets and mousses.
We offer 2 sizes made to fit perfectly into 15” X 21” and 18” X 26” sheet pans.
They are available in different heights from: 1/2" to 4".

Frames dimensions:
For Pan 15" X 21" : 19 11/16" X 13 3/4" (500 X 350 mm)
For Pan 18" X 26": 23 5/8" X 15 3/4" (600 x 400 mm)
We highly recommend to use frames with reinforcement with these dimensions.
Other sizes available.
