Light and easy to handle, the adjustable confectionery dosage funnel can be used for many confectionary, kitchen or pastry purposes. Funnel with sturdy built-in piston system for quick and accurate dosage.
The funnel can be used to fill, garnish, dress, decorate or dose on moulds, glasses, plates, etc. It works perfectly with fondants, jellies, ganaches, confectionery fillings, creams, sauces, dressings, etc.

Sold with 2 interchangeable nozzles; 3mm and 5mm (0,12" and 0,2"). Entirely made of stainless steel and food safe plastic and a stand. Easy to clean; the funnel’s mechanism can be easily dismantled.
